  The head mechanic is so good and so honest!! Excellent shop for repairs and right next to Garden State body shop, and they're incredible as well! It was formerly known as Looz but is now called Spruce Auto.

  They worked on my car the first time in esrly spring, after a tire guy told me I needed brake pads. Not only did I get great service, good communication, reasonable pricing, they told me I only needed the front ones done. So far so good.
  
  What surprised me is they "adopted" my car. When I called about another issue, they remembered my car, they talked to me about the make, year and mileage. Took my car the next morning, first thing - I had my car back, fixed and ready to go by 3pm.
  
  When I picked it up, they talked with me about what to be aware of and think about going forward.
  
  Looz Auto Repair is not just "another garage" - they are proud of their work and care about your car and your safety. I know I'm in good hands!

  Some of the most honest mechanics I have ever met, fast and do good work. Chuck as accommodating as possible I'm sure all the staff is. I wouldn't trust my vehicles any place else and I'm always recommending people to go there.

  We took my car to fix the AC system and the guy there was really good. Charged a minimum amount for what he did. (We thought it would be a lot more). Now we are bringing our other car for a full tune up. I live around the block from the place and never went there. Definitely our new auto mechanics!!!

  After searching high and low in Union I have finally found the right repair shop. I don't know how they do all the work they do but they do it. Chuck and Lou are honest guys that don't steer you wrong. They took care of my 25 year old Maxima like it was their own. They did the right repair and when things took longer they never hesitated to fill me in on how the job was progressing. Good price for the amount of work that needed to be done.
