I've been coming to Ron for years. He is the only mechanic I trust. He always fixes all of my car issues with ease, even when others have failed. He is extremely knowledgeable and is always there for me when I need help. He takes care of all of his customers and goes above and beyond for them. Thank you Ron!!
I have been bringing my personal and work vehicles (over a dozen in total) to Ron and Ryan for over a decade. I will not go anywhere else. They are extremely trust worthy and can diagnose and fix anything. I put the safety of my family and customers in their hands every day, and they never let me down.
Ron is hardworking and ethical. Upon recommendation of a neighbor, he has been servicing family cars for years. He is accommodating and fairly priced. On occasion, logistics and distance has ill-advisedly motivated me to go to a local shop, just for "minor" service and purely out of "convenience". Even then, I immediately regretted the choice, learning that service chains don't necessarily perform the services that they up sell or say they have performed ( ..if you don't sit, wait, and watch... Who's got time for that! ) Newark Safety is the best!
I can't say enough good things about the honest, hard-working, highly skilled, and very kind people who work here. I've had a couple of problems these guys took care of for me, one small, one huge. Each time I was treated respectfully and given a straightforward explanation of what was going on. My car is older, I'm a young-looking woman, and other mechanics have used those facts as excuses to try to rip me off, but these guys would never do that. They care deeply about doing the right thing, and helping their customers get down the road safely without costing them unnecessary expense. My old car and I were treated just as well as the customers with newer, better vehicles.
I am very pleased with the quality of the work performed, and the attention to detail. They looked into everything for me that could possibly need to be replaced soon, and talked to me about them in an easy-to-understand way, which is really going above and beyond. Sorry this is so long, but the job they just finished for me was huge, and they saved me a lot of money. I will always be grateful for how incredibly well my car and I were treated here. These guys are worth their weight in gold.
