  I came to Strive2Move with severe low back pain and suffice to say, I was extremely fearful and upset that this would be the end of being able to continue any form of fitness let alone continue going to Crossfit. I went to a pain management clinic that told me I would most likely never heal again and could not continue Crossfit. After working with Dr. Ashdin for a little over 2 months, I am now able to say that I not only understand my injury but I am able to continue doing what I love at Crossfit. The team here is extremely supportive and they provide a wealth of knowledge to keep you doing what you love. I am forever grateful to know they will always have my back! (pun intended) :)

  The team at Strive2Move exceeded all my expectations. I was initially skeptical about a chiropractic solution to my chronic hip pain but quickly realized that Kaylee and Ashdin are body mechanic experts. I have learned so much from both of them regarding proper exercise form and movement. My sessions with S2M have lessened my pain, strengthened my weaknesses, and allowed me to return to Gamechanger and pickleball stronger than ever. More importantly, I felt very comfortable with the entire S2M family. It was always a pleasure spending time with Kaylee, Ashdin, and Lauren and I will miss them greatly!

  Working with Kaylie has been a breath of fresh air! The approach at Strive2Move is exactly what I needed. I play 2 full contact sports that are very taxing on my body. In the past, my doctor told me that I wouldn't be pain free without giving up playing sports. However, while working with Kaylie I have found relief while I continued skating the entire time! She has helped me through my plan of care for lower back and hip pain. Kaylie has developed a routine for further strengthening and injury prevention that will keep me skating for many more years. She makes connections with her clients and works to understand their needs. She is a pleasure to work with and I look forward to continuing my training with her. I would recommend her to other women that want to remain active and doing what they love.

  I started going to S2M because of back tightness and soreness. During my first visit, I got an actual plan for improvement, and had faith in the process they gave me. After a few sessions, I was feeling great, and knew what to do to stay healthy.
  
  Recently, I started having shoulder tightness, so I decided to go back. The assessment that I got this time was just as great, and they gave me another plan for success. I love that they are able to diagnose the root cause of the issue and come up with a plan for improvement. They give me the homework to do on my own, and aren't expecting me to keep coming for the rest of my life.
  
  I would recommend them to anyone, whether it is a big issue or some body maintenance.

  The Strive 2 Move team is the best there is. My experience getting treatment from them has been amazing. My the issues I face with pain and mobility are improving, and they truly care about their patients! I couldn’t more highly recommend them for PT/chiro/rehab
