  Truly incredible at what they do. My son was born with a congenital heart defect requiring surgery immediately after birth. After we were discharged from the NICU we experienced feeding difficulties and suspected a tongue tie. We called Milk Matters PT and were seen promptly by Giselle. Giselle and Alex were able to suggest a few changes that had an immediate positive impact on feeding. We also worked with them as we prepared for my sons release. Even post release we continued therapy and were amazed week after week to see the improvement. Highly recommend to anyone struggling - Milk Matters PT was the best thing we did for our son, especially given all he had gone through.

  Dr. Gigi was everything we needed. My firstborn had a tongue tie and I experienced a lack of support, confusion about who could help, a lack of education and care coordination which resulted in lots of tears (from me and baby!), significant drop off growth curve, self-advocacy, two frenectomies (because first failed due to lack of education and pre/post care). When it became evident that my second was tied as well, while I felt more educated and empowered, I struggled to find local support beyond someone willing to do a frenectomy. I knew how important pre and post procedural care was but despite attempting to connect to bodyworkers, get insight from my pediatrician, etc, we weren’t seeing much progress. That’s when I found Dr. Gigi. I heard back from her team immediately and they were able to squeeze us in while we were in town (we weren’t local at the time). Dr. Gigi is an expert, a true professional, ad has incredible bedside manner. It’s evident she’s passionate about her work. She helped us understand why we weren’t seeing progress despite a frenectomy, the importance of oral motor function (and working at it!), and gave us a ton of education and resources to continue to make progress at home. After just one visit, our son (3.5 months at the time) was no longer having feeding issues (and I’ve been able to breastfeed without issue since!), was visibly more comfortable, slept better, and continued to hit milestones ahead of ‘schedule.’ I wish I found Dr. Gigi 2 years earlier. Pediatric care needs more Dr. Gigis and I’m thrilled to see her multiplying her knowledge and experience through her training program. If you even have an inkling (trust your parent gut!) that your babe may be struggling due to oral restrictions, poor oral motor function, or even simply aren’t getting the kind of answers and evaluation you need from a pediatrician, connect with Dr. Gigi!

  Dr Gigi and her staff are the best! Not only are they super nice and welcoming, they really helped my daughter after her tongue/lip tie release and helped transition into eating solids! We love the movement and food groups they offer, it’s a great way to meet other moms and learn about new techniques. Highly recommend checking them out!

  Rating Dr. Gigi and team a 5 is an understatement. They have truly changes our lives!
  We met In Home PT when our little girl was showing delays around 1. Dr. Dianna taught us basic fundamentals to everything in between! She worked her magic with our little one And we had fun doing it! We have some amazing memories with Dr. Diana and Dr. Gigi!!
  We walked in day one with a very happy sitter with mobility delays. After just a short time, our girl started showing tons of progress.
  Fast forward and our first is now walking and doing everything a 2 year old does! Even eating better thanks to Dr. Alex! We love our “dip dip”!
  Our newborn now sees Dr. Nicole for her tongue tie, which has also been a game changer!
  We love going to the beautiful facility and also appreciate the home visits.
  Thank you for caring for our girls like they are your own! Can’t wait to see what the future holds!

  Dr. Gigi and all of Milk Matters PT are absolutely incredible! She worked with our son after his tongue tie release to improve his oral motor development and resolve the tension he had. Prior to PT, our baby held his tongue back, couldn’t properly latch, couldn’t hold a pacifier, and had so much tension it was like he just came home from a hard day of work! Now that he graduated PT, he is like a limp noodle, his tongue is out all the time, and our nursing relationship was saved! Dr. Gigi uses gentle exercises and stretches, our sessions were a mix of playtime and baby massage! We were taught stretches to continue at home between sessions. Our son is back on track to hit milestones and is so strong after all the exercises. We are so happy we went to Milk Matters and would recommend to anyone who needs physical therapy for their baby!
