  Dr. Paul is really thoughtful and intelligent. She takes great pride in her work and her business. She delivers quality, curated Physical Therapy routines matched by fantastic customer service. The equipment is clean and high quality, conducive to a quick recovery. The location is welcoming and friendly. Lou is also a great addition to the staff.

  I have had a wonderful experience working with Dr. Paul, Lou and her team to treat my ongoing battle with a frozen shoulder injury. The Mettle team is knowledgeable, kind, and very encouraging of all their patients. They create a warm atmosphere that I look forward to going to so I can find pain relief and heal. I am particularly impressed with how much hands on work Dr. Paul and the team offer patients and their dedication and passion for healing. An important component of PT is consistency with treatment, exercises, etc and Dr. Paul makes it easy for patients to stay engaged. They are the best!

  Mettle PT was the third physical therapy practice I have been to. The first two had failed to achieve the results I needed to fully recover and after a second surgery I was growing concerned. Dr. Anika Paul, the owner of the practice created treatment plan custom tailored for me which was far more extensive than my previous ones. Three months later I feel as good as new! If your goal is to make a full recovery and have a true professional oversee and care for you then this is the right place.
