(June 16, 2023, 9:59 am)I found Nichole's bakery through a Lehigh Valley GF Facebook group. I'd been gluten free for a year and missed great baked goods. I also have a sorghum allergy and many gf bakers use cup for cup mixes with sorghum flour. I started with a sampler box and was hooked! My husband ordered the chocolate peanut butter cake for my birthday and it was amazing. So glad to have this gem close to home.

(April 24, 2023, 12:29 pm)This cake was a hit! Not only was it beautiful and exactly what I asked for, but it was so incredibly good. This chocolate cake tasted just like my Grandma’s used to make. Nichole was great to work with and so accommodating. Highly recommend!!

(February 19, 2023, 4:58 pm)I love finding local, small businesses to support and even better when there is a red velvet cake involved! We didn’t need a GF version and Nichole did a beautiful job. It was a fave of a family member coming into town and it was a delicious surprise for his birthday! Sorry that I forgot to take the pre-cutting photo… we were too excited to eat it

(September 17, 2022, 8:53 pm)I am so happy that I found Nicole at Stonefield Farm Bakery! I am gluten intolerant so when I realized she can bake a wide range of products gluten free, I was thrilled!! Nicole made a gluten free chocolate cake with a chocolate buttercream icing for our anniversary, and it was absolutely amazing! The cake was super moist and rich with flavor, and beautifully decorated! We will definitely call Nicole again (and again!). We highly recommend her!
