Everything I’ve tried has been fantastic!! My favorite is the cinnamon bun. It is soft, chewy and delicious. The cream cheese frosting is a perfect touch.
One word EXTRAORDINARY! The breads are Beautiful! All handmade you can taste the quality and freshness in every bite! I have not tried nor tasted anything better then this in the valley! I have yet a couple of more Testes to conduct which I am very sure it will not break and hold! My wife tried the sourdough pullman I had to stop her from eating it! I would recommend buying 1000%.
This bread is amazing. The hard outer crust and soft chewy inside is the most satisfying thing since - should I say sliced bread? I’ve tried a few of the breadfermented products and I was never disappointed. Do yourself a favor and try the pizza dough. If I lived closer, I’d probably never buy store bought bread again. A bonus for me is I don’t have to feed my gluten sensitive daughter all those processed gluten free bread products. Breadfermented bread doesn’t cause her any issues. Hopefully I can make it back to town soon to stock up!
This bread is amazing! The texture and the flavor are the best I’ve had. The first sour dough bread I can eat without the guilt because it is healthy for me. I am so happy to have discovered this bread!
