  I have been coming to Within Natural Health for about 2 months now and I can’t tell you how much different I feel. Upon coming to see Dr J and Jackie I was extremely fatigued, anxious, and I couldn’t concentrate on anything. My body was unable to handle stress and I knew I needed some guidance. They have both helped my body heal and become stronger. It takes a lot of persistence and dedication but it’s worth it. If you stick to the foods Jackie recommends and the supplements Dr J gives you I’m sure you will see great changes. Thank you Jesus for answering my prayers!

  I came to Dr. Jimenez to help my son with his health. I had gone to different medical professionals to help him with his allergies. He had suffered with allergies for two years but this year was far worse. After a month of medication, pumps, and natural remedies nothing was helping him heal. He was actually getting worse and missed many days of school. I felt hopeless. I asked my acupuncturist for help because I was desperate and she referred me to Within Natural Health. Upon arriving for my first appointment I received so much hope and attention to have my son feeling back to himself. We have been on her nutrition program for about a month now and I see tremendous results. She was able to get to the root cause and identify the specific areas that needed to be treated. I love the energy, honesty and determination I see in her to help her patients. It is worth every penny! I look forward to continue seeing improvements in my son and also in my family as a whole. Health is wealth !

  I reached out to natural within regarding my complaints about 7 or 8 weeks ago after going to two different doctors who couldn’t address my complaints. I had tests done, was given different medications that did nothing for my symptoms, or made them worse. I was told, oh you’re fine. Nothing is wrong with you. It will go away. My symptoms were going on for about two months prior to being referred by someone (which I’m extremely grateful for!)... those symptoms being an intense discomfort in my abdomen with cramping/bloating/distended feeling, diarrhea. These issues I was having greatly affected my personal life, my mental/emotional health. I was losing motivation to cook, workout, having trouble sleeping, and it was starting to affect my work performance. After my initial visit at within, I was told I was a good candidate for their nutrition response program which I am just about halfway done with. Doctor J and Jackie the nutritionist have been working together to fix my complaints which I can honestly say have been helping so much. I’m sleeping so much better, working out 3-4 times a week now, having less anxiety, panic attacks, my symptoms have severely lessened and I’m starting to feel like myself again as the program continues. I am looking forward to finishing out the second half of my sessions, improving and maintaining a healthy lifestyle with what I’m putting in and on my body. I cannot thank Dr. Jimenez, Jackie and Stephanie enough.

  I have just started my wellness journey with Dr.Jimenez. She was recommended to me by 2 coworkers and after starting my customized regimen I can honestly say that it works. I already have more energy and my stomach bloating has stopped. This is just with one week of treatment. I'm looking forward to the many health changes that I know are coming. I definitely plan to leave another review in 3 months when my first phase is finished in order to show the results.
  I like the overall multi pronged approach to wellness that they use. I work with Jackie for nutritional counseling and I have learned very valuable information that I can easily incorporate into my life. This is exactly what I was looking for when I made the decision to start improving my health. It's a little pricey but still cheaper than what doctors and hospitals charge for care if you don't have insurance. This place is well worth looking into if traditional medicine is not helping you

  I am posting an updated review about my experience at Within Natural Health. I have been following my personalized nutritional program for about 7 months now and I have lost 22lbs, have no more joint pain and my periods have gotten much better. I finally have no PMS symptoms and hardly any cramping! My stomach issues have dramatically improved and I'm sleeping so much better at night. Dr. J and her staff Jackie and Stephanie really care about helping others to improve their health naturally. I am proof of that! It does require following their recommendations with dietary changes and taking nutritional supplements and it's worth it. I'm so glad my coworkers referred me to this place to improve my health. I recommend this place if you're serious about improving your health
