Recently had two new toilets installed in my 62 year old home in Middletown, NY by Tom and Keith of Steve Dodd Plumbing. It was a very complicated install with elevated toilet flanges that required some intense labor to make right. Tom did a a superb job attacking one problem after another with success. This was not a straight forward install. Tom's experience and craftsmanship made for a successful installation. Many thanks to Tom and Keith for their efforts, and I will add that they arrived at our house on short notice. Another plumber had to cancel our appointment and Steve Dodd's answering service alerted Tom who called 10 minutes later to make arrangements for the install that afternoon. Now that's service I will always remember. What a relief to have this project completed.
sewer backed up, called them 9pm, they were there by 8 next am. Fast repair, reasonable price, place was spotless when they left. I couldn't be happier.
Unfortunately one of my pipes burst in an inconvenient location on Christmas morning. I called Steve. He got back to me in 5 minutes and was at my home in an hour. It took him maybe 15 minutes to make the proper repair. His price was extremely fair given the circumstance. I would highly recommend Steve and his guys to anyone needing help. Thanks so much Steve!
I called Steve at 8:30 at night after realizing I had a flooding problem in my basement.
He said he had two or three stops to make in the morning but would send a crew over.
The guys were here before 9:00 a.m.
They figured out what the solution would be
pretty quickly. One of them had to run and get parts while the other one got to work on the problem. The guys were polite, organized and efficient.. Got my home fixed up within a few hours. I can't say enough good things about my experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
