  Called when a pipe in the house broke and the water shutoff valve from street snapped when the town tried to turn water off so repair could be performed.
  Mike responded immediately and gave a reasonable quote to dig up the driveway to reach the shutoff and perform leak repair. He coordinated with the excavator and job was done quickly and professionally with the owner on site.
  Since then my daughter’s furnace quit while she was deployed and he responded same day to prevent a freeze up in her house.
  Yesterday, he installed a new heating system in my house ( boiler, zone valves, piping, etc), which was completed in 5 hours total and we couldn’t be happier with the price and service. I highly recommend MAKIII based on my experience.

  HIGHLY recommend! This company was amazing to work with. Very reliable, on time and the work was perfectly done. Brandon was at my house less than 30 minutes after I called. A few days later we found some very old pipes that needed to be replaced and Jose and Nate came exactly when they said they would and replaced everything flawlessly. So thankful to all three guys who came by to help us out over the past week. THANK YOU!!!

  This review is way overdue. This company saved my life, and I'm so grateful. I had a leaking pipe on a Saturday evening which was leaking fast and furious, and I couldn't find anyone willing to come out. Then with the Grace of God, I came across this company, and someone came right away. I don't remember his name, but he was great,very honest, and he didn't overcharge me.
  This company is awesome, and I'll definitely do business with them in the future.
