  Shawn, was the reason we used Jones. He was so knowledgeable and professional. Unbelievable this day and age to get such a young man with so much knowledge. Explained everything in a complete and understandable manner. Thank You Shawn. Also handled another issue unrelated to the electrical set an appointment for a follow up plumber . JONES is Top Notch.

  Replacing well pump and water tank. Fast, reliable, personable, Mike explained everything, gave us all possible options and clearly explained the pros and cons of each. Looking forward to the completion of services! Mike made a bad situation manageable and less devastating. Thank you! Work is complete and results exceed expectations!!   Always Knowledgeable and Professional!!
  Have been dealing with this company for years without absolutely no issues! they recently replaced my water heater and put in a new tankless system. Extremely grateful as they came when the old one was leaking and out of commission, the whole job from estimate to install only took 2 days.

  I had Rick come out on a friday to give me repair advise and he was on time and called beforehand with a time frame. He was easy to work with and gave me quotes on a repair and also quote with a new boiler and water softener that I asked about. He was able to have someone come that Monday nice and early to install a new boiler, water softener and a few new thermostats.
  
  They did an awesome job hiding the water lines in the ceiling for the water softener. They replaced all the lines and valves leading into the boiler and made it look much cleaner. Everyone I worked with was great including Jeff and Rick. They were very helpful with any questions.

  Our son’s basement flooded. Mike M. from Jones diagnosed the problem and developed a permanent solution at a reasonable cost. Mike and the Jones crew worked seamlessly with an excavation crew to execute the plan in just one day. We were very pleased with the result!
