  Chris was awesome. He came did the job and was extremely knowledgeable about his trade and then some. He was pleasant to talk to, didn't rush us and answered all our questions without hesitation. I will definitely ask for him in the future if there is a need. Thank you for your quick response to my gas odor. I called the company at 9:30 and Chris came 3 and 1/2 hours later and I didn't get charged an emergency fee. Now I have peace of mind and a fixed gas line. Very satisfied customer.

  Today my husband & I had our HVAC unit installed in our home by ASTAR. Our technicians Jose & Juan were AWESOME!! Absolutely two of the most Professional & Excellent hard working men hands down!! They both were extremely polite, friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant throughout the day. Jose & Juan worked steadily, quickly, while being careful of their surroundings and considered our designated area for our unit to be a safe fitted nice area. Jose & Juan made the whole process fast and super easy. Were so glad we chose ASTAR, extremely satisfied that you can’t improve the perfection we received!! Thank you again Jose, Juan & ASTAR.

  My husband and I had Jake and Anthony from this company and they were excellent. They came here two days in a row to install a second zone in the upstairs of our home and put in a new water softener. They were punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. We are very pleased with their diligence and would recommend to anyone.

  I attempted to fix leaky shower valve, but twisted copper pipe, which needed replacement. Greg G. was professional, knowledgeable and personable. Job was completed quickly and professionally and repair looks great !

  Aaron was very professional, polite, respectful and very helpful with helping me understand the problem with my mother’s furnace. He took all the safety precautions that were necessary. He arrived very quickly to address the problem. I couldn’t have asked for a better tech. I hope to have his services again in the future . Thank you Astar for sending Aaron!
