(February 8, 2023, 8:11 am)10 out of 10. Great place, Better people, clean, friendly, tons of machines & equipment, Strongman stuff, powerlifter stuff, classes, yoga etc. oh did I mention they have Cryo therapy + compression therapy + an amazingly clean Sauna. Come and see for yourself.

(December 21, 2021, 3:37 pm)This a great gym from top to bottom. 3 floors of spacious and almost limitless variations of workout equipment. The caveman cryotherapy is awesome and highly recommend it to all. I don't wana sound like a commercial but that my honest opinion.
