  We love this store!! My son wears a special size shoe and they order them in for him and let him choose his color. Super friendly, always attentive. Easy parking!!

  I wanted to update even further my review which was originally written in December, 2022. Another example of the type of customer service, knowledge and incredible value for your money that this establishment offers when you go to their store.
  
  After my purchases earlier in December, I was sent a text about a sale on Columbia brand products which was 40% off their regular prices on merchandise. I went to the store to see if there was anything else I could purchase as I needed a really good pair of snow boots. I am disabled, have mobility and balance issues and need high quality footwear as part of my everyday life. I looked at a pair of Columbia boots, spoke to Eric about them, tried them on and they were the most comfortable snow boots I have ever had. They are very warm, easy to put on, allow a thicker sock if needed with a great bottom treading to avoid slipping and falling, which is essential for me. I got the boots, a few other items, hat, gloves. I was at the register, and it only came to $119. I thought it was a mistake. When was the last time you bought a pair of Columbia boots, very high quality, gloves, a hat and it was this price? I have bought a number of brands over the years for winter gear including Sorel and LL Bean boots, very high quality. But NEVER did I get a pair of boots like this for under $100.even 30 years ago.
  
  Then this happened Christmas weekend. Storm, power outage, driving, running around in complete exhaustion trying to survive for 5 days, 6 nights. Hotels were $180.00 per night to start, and I could in no way afford that! I had some heat, everything else, I had to scramble. In addition to other winter dressing and layering, I had these easy to put on boots which kept me warm in 4 degree weather. They have thick soles with deep, grooved, heavy tread bottoms to insure stability. They are also lightweight enough so I didn't experience fatigue from wearing heavy boots for many hours. It was as if I had purchased them especially for this event. I had other great boots, but not ones that went to -22 degrees. My feet were warm and stable on the ground while I was rushing around on frozen ground with ice scattered throughout with the assistance of my cane. A fall on the ice or uneven ground is a trip to a hospital for me. It happened last year.
  
  Get on their text list to see what their sales and discounts are. Go to the store periodically and just look around because they have many items which may be discounted. I adore the owner, Eric, and ALL his staff. I feel like I walk into a family taking care of my needs when I go there. No pressure, no lies, no misrepresentations of any kind, no gimmicks. You will receive just honest counsel and advise on an individual basis for your footwear needs There is a generous refund policy. It can't be overstated to make this fine point that this business establishment caters to the individual needs of the customer as their primary concern. Profits are second, far and away.   Fast and knowledgeable work. I walked in and told Joe that I needed a pair of everyday walking shoe and a pair of non-slip work shoes. I knew I liked an old model of new balance, and he worked off that. The two pairs he brought out both feel fantastic! I couldn't have been in for longer than 5-10 minutes. Despite the name, the store is great for people looking for casual street wear as well as athletes.

  I want to give this small business the highest rating for their professionalism, products, pricing and customer service. There aren't enough stars to classify my experience with this establishment in the past 2 years or so. I have purchased 2 pairs of boots, 1 pair of sneakers, 2 pairs of shoes and 1 pair of slippers over the past 2 years and have been exceptionally happy with each product. I have some disabilities which affect my feet and legs, balance and proper fit and comfort, mostly, and did not purchase any shoes or boots for many years. I needed a level of advice and expertise based on knowledge of shoe brands, proper measuring and a return policy that was reasonable just in case their fit and comfort was not exactly right when I tried wearing the shoe at home. I also became unable to physically navigate large malls and stores. I bought all shoes, sneakers and boots for many years on my own from large retailers for all of my adult life with no great concern. My needs changed 5 years ago, and I could not find the personalized, knowledgeable attention in those places. I randomly walked into this store and discovered that they offered so much more than just a retail purchase. One pair of shoes which I loved I had to return a long time after purchase even though I only wore them for a few hours. Eric took them back, months after purchase, no questions asked and gave me a store credit. He understood my limitations. After that level of service and integrity, I have bought all the other shoes and boots from that store since. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The quality of their products is unsurpassed. I was not pressured or steered toward more expensive products by a sales person. My needs were the only consideration. I ended up buying other items in the store that were not related to footwear because I then wanted to support their business. My latest purchases this week were advised through Nate. I am extremely satisfied with all my purchases and feel great wearing these beautiful, high quality and fashionable shoes, boots and slippers. I highly recommend this business to anyone, but especially to anyone with any special needs for shoeware. They also work with local medical professionals with clients with special shoeware needs historically. They are a rare retail store offering not just products but also quality, customer service and the combined experience and expertise of only an establishment which has decades of knowledge of brand and the industry. I am very pleased to offer my highest regards for Eric Tonner and all the sales people I have had the pleasure to meet.
