  I’ve been to PT before but not like this! Not only did I feel Ally addressed my issue but she taught me how to take care of it myself! I have never felt more supported and safe. She was patient and explained repeatedly until it clicked for me. There’s even an app to share video exercises and send my therapist real time feedback for when I do my exercises at home. I used to live with chronic pain and now I get to experience living without pain. I don’t have to accept it anymore. I was to the point where I couldn’t exercise and kept Motrin in my purse, and a heating pad as another appendage. Not anymore!
  
  She created a functional therapy plan that got me in better shape than my baseline.
  She helped me get to my goal - CrossFit…. and she still checks in on me when I’m there!
  
  Stellar staff across the board. They definitely have full command of their industry in knowledge and patient care. I won’t be going anywhere else!

  I fell prior to starting therapy. My major concern was “lightheadedness” which affects my balance and my fear of falling again. Initially, I used my cane to stabilize myself while walking. My therapist, Aly (Alyssa McDonough) was GREAT! Paul (Vidal) also worked with me during Aly’s brief absence. He continued Aly’s developed treatment plan. They both provided guidance and encouragement. The overall atmosphere is friendly, efficient, and professional. You get to know everyone including other therapists and office staff. It’s a place I enjoyed going to. Though I still occasionally use my cane, I feel more confident in my abilities to incorporate strategies to lessen my risk of falling. I now have a much better quality of life. All thanks to the therapy received. I’ve done therapy at other establishments previously, but none have compared to my experience of individualized therapeutic treatment, and professionalism at Specialized Physical Therapy.

  Thank you Paul and Stephanie for the specialized rehab service you provided after my fall. My left knee appreciated the personal one on one attention. I continue to use the stretches and techniques that have strengthened my entire body and increased my flexibility and range of motion. Also. I am enjoying a better quality of life due to your dedication and commitment to make me feel better.

  Stephanie Verry explains everything very well. Her smile and kindness is contageous. She makes it a pleasure to exercise. When I am finished, I feel I have completed a very good therapy session. I look forward to therapy because I know she is going to make me feel better.

  I recently finished physical therapy for vertigo. I chose Specialized Physical Therapy because I had previously been treated there for a neck injury and received fantastic care! Personally, I worked with both Aly and Stephanie for both my neck rehab and vertigo, and I can't say enough good things about them! They are extremely knowledgeable, and they provide relevant therapy that actually works! Their individualized care is unmatched! In most PT clinics, one therapist treats up to 4 patients at the same time. At Specialized, I received 1 on 1 care with the therapists themselves, not a PT Aide, at every visit. Amazing staff providing amazing care!!
