(July 20, 2022, 1:54 am)I love the space! Very good energy. Soothing surroundings, the class goes by so quickly, and is very fluid but easy enough for beginners like myself to follow. The yogis are really skilled and experienced. I feel confident asking for advice on how best to approach poses with certain existing injuries I have. After only a month, I feel and look healthier. Yoga is really a fantastic practice on so many levels. Great location, lots of parking, overall a very good value for what Open Center Yoga charges! Great prices!

(August 19, 2021, 3:24 pm)Fantastic practice sessions. Lorean is top notch instructor. Her voice is soothing, and her directions are concise and easy to follow. Every session I think was the best, only to have her do a better one again and again.

(September 2, 2016, 1:37 am)Was looking around for a yoga instructor and a few of my friends referred me to Lorean. Contacted Lorean in late July to set up my first yoga session in August. The ride to the yoga studio is only 15 minutes away from my apartment. Very convenient! Had her as my yoga instructor for 1 month and she is doing a phenomenal job! Would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a yoga instructor!

(July 30, 2015, 1:36 pm)I have started yoga with Lorean a few years ago, She is an awesome person and instructor, I love Natassia and all of her instructors, it is a great atmosphere, relaxing, everyone is so nice, no pressure here to be perfect in any way!! No intimidation, which is nice.

(December 12, 2014, 5:49 pm)Love Lorean and her lovely studio! The yoga classes are really designed for anyone. She takes you through the moves slowly and in a way that is comfortable for each person, whether you are a beginner or an expert. Natassia's pilates class kicks your butt just enough to give you that total body work out. The studio is adorable and has a great energy. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for yoga and pilates in the area! Oh! and the craft shop is filled with all kinds of great goodies created by locals!
