  This yoga place has calm atmosphere. The space is clean and cozy. And instructors are good.

  This place offers a wide variety of "peaceful" workouts such as regular yoga, hot yoga and Ariel yoga. I personally love Jana, the Ariel yoga instructor. The other customers are always pleasant as well. They are also very reasonably priced. Highly recommend this place if this is the type of workouts you're into.

  Love the hot yoga classes! They have a very comfortable schedule and flow. I was always used to the structure in bikram yoga but really enjoy the more laid back routine. Seems most people know each other here so it’s a bit tough as a new person but not a negative impression. I also tried the barre class on a Saturday and the instructor Emily was amazing, she went out of her way to introduce herself to me as she recognized I was new. Only negative is there seems to be a few people that consistently come late to classes and are extremely disrupt full. Throwing down bulks of keys and bags... kinda spoils the vibe for those that were on time and getting into the mood. Nonetheless, I would definitely recommend Sol Full Yoga to anyone!
