  Solid gym. No hidden fees and great variety of equipment for the space. Staff always great. I see some of the negative reviews remember your going to a gym not a spa. If you need personal attention go to a spa. This GYM is a great value for the money.

  Best gym in Monroe Woodbury. Very friendly staff. Great variety of equipment and they play good music.
  
  Only reason this isn’t a 5 star review is because there’s no hydration station.
