(February 1, 2023, 4:42 pm)I bought my Bosch oven at Sohn’s 13 years ago. Today I had an issue with the oven door hinge. I walked in with the oven door, they fixed the hinge, and when I got home the oven door went on smoothly. They were just so polite, fast, and helpful. I will so buy my next oven range there bc as always their customer service is the absolute best! Five Stars!

(January 19, 2023, 9:04 pm)Sohns is the best! I had a an amazing experience. I went in and knew exactly what I was looking for and they were able to order it for me. They are professional and kind with the best costumer service! I was not ready to for my appliances because our home was still under renovations but I was able to leave a deposit and pay them off with in a reasonable time frame. It all worked out perfectly for us! It was 0 stress no hassle, a pleasant experience with them. I will definitely be using them for many years to come and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I’m in LOVE with my new appliances!

(December 21, 2022, 10:48 am)I haven’t actually gotten a chance to use my new dishwasher yet but based off of interactions with everyone so far I’m giving them 5 stars. I placed my order online and had a follow up call with Terri. The original dishwasher I wanted wasn’t actually in stock but she was quick to find me one of the same brand that was almost exactly the same. My order was placed Friday and was delivered by Tuesday! The delivery guys were so friendly and professional. The staff is so great and service is quick!
Just wanted to update: I’ve used the dishwasher many times since writing this and it’s the best dishwasher I’ve ever had! Dishes come out SPARKLING every time. No more hard water residue!
