  They showed up a few hours after my call and quickly assessed and treated my yellow jacket problem, even found additional nests that I didn't know we're there. They said within 48 hours the bees would be gone but it was even quicker then that.
  They explained to me that the spray they use is non toxic to plants,which was a relief since I have a nice garden right where the nests were.
  10/10 will use again if any other pest issue arises.

  Mrs. Buzz was so fantastic- we had an immediate need and they were able to fit us in the next day. They were courteous and communicative and even found more hives that needed to be addressed. We will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you!

  Had a couple of issues going on. I called Mrs Bzzz and they sat up an appointment for next day. I got a call back today and asked if they could come today. Tommy came and is so professional and skilled at his job. He explained everything he did and gave me peace of mind. So happy I called them. Have been a customer service manager in two large corporations, my expectations are higher than most. If I could give 10 stars I would. Call Mrs. Bzzz they are the best

  I was having a carpenter ant and wasp issue around my house. I had initially called two other pest control companies and was very disappointed as either they didn't return my calls or wanted too much money for treatment. After googling I finally found Mrs. Bzzz and read their 5 star reviews. Upon calling I spoke with Randi in the office who was very responsive, accommodating and just a real pleasure to talk to. She set up an appointment for me right away. Tommy came out to spray and was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He even wore booties on his feet as to not dirty the house! Which I appreciated very much as I have a toddler who is all over the floors. I have subscribed to their quarterly home service plan and feel that it is a great deal and value. I am very happy with my choice and I highly recommend Mrs. Bzzz to anyone with pest control needs.

  There is a reason why this company has a 5 star rating with 30+ years of experience. They have a wonderful option of year round service that is affordable. Randi is an excellent customer service rep; both professional and kind. Anthony came out to do the initial assessment and spray. He was again kind, professional and fully answered all of my “newbie homeowner” questions. I’m excited to continue working with Mrs Bzzz’s! Highly recommended! :)
