Lived here for 12+ years both in a one bedroom and then moved to a two bedroom. Great complex, good neighbors and very helpful and friendly staff both at the office and Maintenance staff. Always willing to help whenever a problem arose. Moving into a house only reason we are leaving, but I'll miss the complex and staff. Thank you!

I moved in back in December of 2020 and have had nothing but good experiences.

Firstly, the community has a great mix of residents that are super warm and welcoming! They're also pet friendly and have one of the lowest pet rents in the area, which was perfect for me and my dog!

Next, maintenance is always available through the emergency phone but during their business hours you can see them running around the property getting work done. When I had a maintenance request for an issue with my apartment door, maintenance was there within 20 mins and my door was fixed 20 mins later! (AMAZING!!!)

Lastly, the property is so close to everything you want from an up and coming city but still has the tranquility of a suburban setting. My biggest ask in apartment living is always location and this place is perfect! They're 5 mins from center city, stores, and malls, 5 mins from major highways and turnpikes, and a beautiful park right across the street for my dog and I.

I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place to call home because this has quickly become mine :)

Moved here 11/2019 and till this day, NOT A SINGLE PROBLEM. I highly recommend this complex, I understand not every building is a blissful as mine but I can’t also speak for them. I am fortunate enough to have an apt on the outer part of the complex. I love my apt, love how quiet it is, how clean every thing is, my neighbors are very respectful as well. The few times I’ve needed service I get it within ours. I park on the street since there’s plenty and it is way easier for me so no issues there.
