The technicians at the Blue Bell office were very friendly and extremely competent in performing all the various diagnostic test. I had to wait about an hour and a half from when my appointment was scheduled to when they were able to start the tests. But once they started, they completed them quickly. Dr. Shields reviewed the test results with me over telemedicine in about 5 minutes. The process ran very smoothly once it got started.
Loved that I still was able to meet with Dr. Shields virtually at the satellite office. Saved an abundance of time avoiding the downtown Philadelphia traffic. The office staff at Bluebell was very polite and efficient. They kept me informed every step of the process. Excellent care overall!
Dr Carol Shields is very through and professional. She adds a personal touch to my visit that made me comfortable and not feeling like just one of her patients. She really cares and that is what makes such a difference.
The first doctor I saw had very poor bedside manners. I did not care for her interaction. However, the testing and the exit doctor were all excellent! I definitely want to schedule my next appointment there when that doctor will be present. Dr Lally was reassuring and professional and warm. Truly excellent!
