    So happy that SoYoung opened this studio! I am new to pilates and have been loving it. SoYoung is a great instructor and the studio is beautiful. Highly recommend.

    This was probably the first time I’ve done Pilates in years & I stumbled across so young’s Pilates studio and immediately scheduled a class ! She’s a great instructor, she engages with all of her clients during & after class, the studio is clean and I look forward to the hour I’m there !!! I definitely recommend trying out a class !

    So Young Pilates is so phenomenal! So Young pointed out so many misalignments with my posture and we worked together for a few months on correcting that and strengthening and lengthening! In the time I went to So Young, I feel like I've learned so much about my body and she takes so much care into ensuring that you're doing all the movements precisely and carefully. The attention to detail that you get during each private session is wonderful. I highly recommend going to So Young if you want to take the time to get stronger!

    Great and amazing instructor, I’m beginner and she is always offered so many modifications. Also relaxed atmosphere. I love her and class never ever.

    So Young is extremely knowledgeable instructor. She listens to individual goal and creates sessions according. After each session I felt huge difference in my body. Cannot recommend her enough!
