Each of the teachers is dedicated to their craft and eager to help students to reach their full potential in a safe way. (April 5, 2019, 2:19 pm)This is a fantastic yoga studio. I have tried several studios in the Hudson Valley and I like this one the best. The teachers are very knowledgeable and there is a wide variety of classes. Even after 15 years of yoga practice and being a yoga teacher myself I am learning new things from them. I like that the classes truly range from introductory to advanced and challenging. And everyone has been very kind. The teachers are interested in learning students names and connecting with us as people, which is not something that I have often found at yoga studios. Finally, the studio itself is beautiful, with gorgeous light.

(March 24, 2019, 4:20 pm)A friend introduced me to Hudson River Yoga a few weeks ago and I'm so glad she did! I signed up for the introductory offer and was hooked. I went to every class my schedule allowed. Every time I've left a class at Hudson River Yoga I feel rejuvenated. The instructors are wonderful. You're genuinely welcomed each time you come through the door. The instructors create space during class to meet the needs of all different levels of yogis, so my introductory knowledge of yoga isn't problematic. They also create a safe space to grow, learn and play. The community is so friendly. Five stars, I would absolutely recommend!

(March 14, 2019, 10:56 pm)I am so happy here, there are so many options for classes! In each and every one the teachers are kind and welcoming. I am on the older side, so keeping up is a challenge sometimes but there is always accommodations, ALWAYS, even in more advanced classes I feel I can participate, learn and improve. There are instructional classes that give you foundation and challenges, then there is Friday Happy Hour that when you leave you can't help but have a smile on your face! Restorative and Yin classes are amazing. I am grateful to be here!
