(February 13, 2020, 9:59 pm)I'm really glad I found Saugerties Shakti Yoga. It's a friendly, warm and comfortable environment in which to practice. All the instructors I've tried there are very good. I especially appreciate Erick's classes on the weekends. He's one of the best yoga instructors I've ever taken a class with. I especially like how he is very cognizant of alignment in poses, This has helped me correct poses I was not doing properly. But more importantly to me, he is absolutely inspirational in his encouragement and spirit. Thanks Shakti.

(June 20, 2019, 7:50 pm)Jen is one of my all time favorite instructors. I’ve been a regular to the Thursday class at 6 basically since it started and I can’t tell you how wonderful she is! So inviting, funny and obviously knows exactly what she’s doing. Shakti is lucky to have her!
