  Celeste is an amazing instructor with incredible patience. I have learned so much from Celeste. Her classes are calming and interesting. She is wonderful!

  I recently participated in Celeste"s Qi dance fitness flow class . I found it immediately strengthening and empowering. This class has everything you need to build up much needed resilience. Celeste is truly a holistic fitness instructor and class is fun with non jarring music thats uplifting. All ages can benefit and those of us with injuries.

  Celeste cares for her students, is very sensitive to them and makes sure that they get what they need. Her aim is to encourage in them a sense of being in tune with themselves and with the world around them. At the end of each session, my wife and I feel whole, centered, and alert -- in other words, we feel PRESENT.
