Contacted me and told me what she needed I ordered the parts to his shop and in a timely manner the bike was running again. Fair pricing and quality work. Don’t hesitate this man is A1. Affordable, professional, and great communication throughout the process. I highly recommend his services and he will actually communicate all inquiries with emails, texts, and phone. (January 25, 2022, 9:11 am)This motorcycle shop was recommended to me through a BMW Facebook group. I called Jim and he was polite, professional and accommodating. I brought the bike down to him and he went through everything that he would do. The shop is very clean and well organized. Jim kept in constant contact with me along the way and delivered the bike 4 days earlier than expected. When you find a good mechanic, you stick with them as they are few and far between. SecondWind Cycles will be taking care of all of my motorcycle needs from herein. Thank you Jim!

He took pictures of everything and called throughout every step of the process. He made me feel very comfortable, at ease, honest and trustworthy. His work quality was excellent and completed the project in a very timely fashion. I would highly recommend Second Wind Cycles for everyone's motorcycle needs. 5 stars👍
