Tim and Chris were amazing! I will most def go back to this location from now on. Treated every customer kind and with value and most especially me. Was in and out with superior service and safety! Truly thank you! And a shoutout to the brand new gentleman who was also so kind!

(May 25, 2023, 6:05 pm)Great experience at Mavis Tire in Patchogue today. Both the manager and Chris the assistant manager were very helpful in getting my car in and out in a timely manner. Chris also went above and beyond by calling customer service not just once but twice to get my Mavis account issue resolved.

My experience has been wonderful. My jeep is 12 years old now I have nothing but good things to say about the service and the care I received at this Mavis location. Tim is amazing. He’s caring, attentive, and kind. He tells it like it is and he’s always willing to save you money. He goes above and beyond what a service manager should do. Tim is truly a nice guy. See Tim. Chris greeted me at the register and with his expertise was able to find me the best deal on the best tire for my difficult car. Harry provided amazing service and notified me of all the signs i needed to look for in regards to my car’s maintenance and tires. Bill also assisted to wrap up a perfect deal and i received my car back with excellent timing. My experience was a pleasure and is the reason why i will continue to be a customer here at this Mavis, where you feel like family.
