  absolutely fair pricing, excellent communication and clarity in explaining what issues my vehicle had with no pressure whatsoever to do one thing over another. I had a leaking axle seal and it was certainly beyond my scope of capability. they sourced the parts and had me rolling in a few days.

  Overall I received excellent service and communication from Gene's 112 after leaving my car with them for a NYS inspection. A few hours later they texted me a report with pictures detailing potential issues and a corresponding ranking of severity for each issue. They also separately broke down what issues were necessary to address just to pass inspection. After everything was finished I was able to pay through a secure link that was texted to me and then pick up my vehicle after Gene's business hours by getting my keys from a lock box. The whole experience was very smooth and customer service oriented and I would highly recommend this business.

  Gene's is a great place. We have a newer truck and my cars are much older and his knowledge of vehicles is outstanding. I am very confident to recommend this shop to everyone. Reasonable rates and friendly too.

  Genes 112 repaired my car perfectly and had it back to me when they said. The car was in great shape and clean when they returned it to me. I definitely recommend them to anyone who wants an honest mechanics shop with no surprises on the bill. EXCELLENT

  I have consistently been nothing less then confident in Genes shop and impressed by his crew’s work ethic and quality of output. I started bringing my Truck to Gene in 2019 when “Rohr auto werkes”shut their doors. I only wish I had always been bringing my vehicle to Genes shop.
  
  I really appreciate The Technet system Gene and his crew use, it’s great to be able to see what the mechanic is seeing through the pictures posted. Helps to understand what needs to happen with my vehicle and why.
  
  Their ability to communicate with the customer is above par. Nothing happens to the vehicle without your knowing.
  I’ve been to mechanics before that do the “bait and switch”
  (Go in for an oil change, and come out with a 1200$ bill for repairs). So it’s no understatement that investing your time and money in this shop is worth your time.
  
  An honest business, with impressive quality, run by honest people.
