  A nice park, well kept. Easy walk with beautiful scenery. A very serene natural park.
  It was sad to see what appeared to be kudzu strangling the beautiful majestic trees.

  The trail is easy to do for families with young children with views of the Hudson river. You can spot a few wild birds on the trail. We wanted to spot some bald eagles but it is not the place for that. We did see some vultures and cranes. The trail goes up to dennings point(better for viewing eagles), but it is a restricted area. It gets windy and cold in April. So dress appropriately. The park has a deck to view the river closely. Parking is mostly available. Summer days can get busy.

  Great area for a walk even though it can be freezing in winter.
  Couple of table and benches for a picnic.
  Amazing view of the Hudson river.
  Well positioned info about the area .
  Easy to get there from the train station and plenty of parking

  Have a picnic here before the sunset on a warm day. We came here on a cold blustery afternoon for a quick scenic stop. The view was still gorgeous on a clear day.

  Lovely little park. Great place to walk (you or your dog) or run on a nice day with some lovely views of the Hudson River. Very peaceful.
  
  Lots of parking spaces, but they were almost full when I visited on a nice Sunday afternoon.
  
  No fees to enter or park.
