Septic clean out. Both Brian and Lorenzo were both knowledgeable and professional. Brian answered all our questions with detail and was resourceful. Clean up was quick and neat. They took pride in their job. Nice guys!
Came the same day to empty septic tank because we had some back up in our basement sink. We were very happy with that. Only issue we had was when we received the bill it said they checked the baffle and they didn't. They also should have had me flush toilets to make sure there wasn't anymore back up in the basement sink. I was present while they were here. They are supposed to take a mirror and look. (I found this out later) The guys that were here were very nice just wish that they took a little more time to do the job correctly. This oversight will not turn us away from them we will just make sure everything is done.
We were in a bit of a jam when our septic pump died on us. Of course it was a weekend. Turns out it really wasn’t the right pump (installed by someone else) in the first place to get the job done. That being said, we called Envirotech to come out when our alarm started going off. Within 24 hrs Craig was at our house to assess the situation. He looked into getting us a new pump and in no time someone was here first thing to pump it out a bit. After that, the new pump was in by 4pm the same day! Everyone that we have come across with Envirotech whether being on the phone or in person has been a pleasant experience all around. They are extremely personable, professional, punctual, and most of all EFFICIENT! I highly recommend them!!
Had Envirotech come out today for a septic inspection on our potential first home. Craig and Brian were not only on time (maybe even a little early) but they was extremely informative, professional, and thorough. They took a lot of the nerves that come along with this whole process out of the equation. Whether or not this specific house is the one or not, I will absolutely be using their company moving forward and I would highly recommend them to anyone as well.
