  Leaving South Windsor CT I had one regret - I could not use Joe The Plumber - for 5 years Joe The Plimber fix everything for me, new Water Heater, shower water diverter and a host of other issues. So when I opened my garage to find water leaking allover my moving boxes I called area plumbers - now I get the whole COVID so busy thing, I do - but not one call back, even from a 24/7 emergency plumber!! So by chance I pulled up Joe and found he had expanded to my area! It was like old home week! Willie the dispatcher is not only the best at what he does, he's like talking with family! After a week and a half of nothing, here is why I love Joe The Plumber: I called Willie first thing in morning 6-4-21, Joe himself was there by10a 6-4-21 he found the problem, located & (temp) stopped the leak, I recieved the estimate 11:59a 6-4-21 and Joe The Plumber Team will be at my house on 6-7-21! Forgetaboutit!!! Joe drove an hour on the same day I called, diagnosed the issue, stop the leak, walked my main house to price additional work and gave me an esitmate, to which I was charged a nominal fee (which I knew up front) - I mention this because I know some people complain - read above and understand without Joe my pipes would still be leaking. Good to have you back Joe The Plumber!!! Willie my Man!! I will follow up after they perform the work!!

  Used Joe the Plumber for the first time today. A+.....they showed up a little before the allotted time, were direct and to the point about what needed to be done. They did the work, cleaned up, and checked everything. They were professional and did an excellent job! We have used other local plumbers in the past but the work had failed so we decided to give Joe the Plumber a try. We will never use anyone BUT Joe the plumber now!

  After my garbage disposal blew I got on line right away to review local plumbers and found Joe the Plumber had the highest ratings so I called. Response time was excellent, and keeping me updated for the arrival of the plumber via email was great! Gary was friendly, polite, efficient, informative and answered all my questions. My kitchen was back in order in less than 24 hours! Will highly recommend to anyone in need of great service! Thanks!

  Called to have a shutoff vale replaced. Todd was super friendly, knowledgable, and left my house a little bit better than when he arrived. The workmanship was great. I will definitely call Joe The Plumber the next time I have a pluming need.

  Joe the Plumber did a great job working with us remodeling our kitchen and bathroom in our home. There were a couple of snags, but I was impressed with how quickly they were resolved with no hassle. Kudos to dispatcher Willie, who delivered on every promise!
