(August 15, 2023, 10:21 am)My husband and I were looking to test drive a vehicle they had on the lot. We had phone conversation first because the dealership was over an hour away. They kept us to to date with the availability of the car so it was not a wasted trip. I appreciated that easy communication and No, they did not ask me for a deposit to hold the car for me while I drove there. Although I did not end up buying the car (I decided the interior was too light of a color for the lifestyle of my kids right now) I really appreciated the NO HASSLE that I received when I said that I was passing on the car. They did not hound me or badger me to try other things.They completely respected my decision and simply wished me the best of luck with my alternate choice. Car Dealerships get a bad rap for being pushy and intrusive. I did not buy a car from them this time but they will definitely be a place I visit when I look in the future due to the way they conducted themselves throughout this process. Eugene... great job maintaining high integrity and standards in a business filled with tricky people. I appreciate you.

(November 2, 2022, 7:01 pm)What an incredible car buying experience! Started in January when I placed my order for a 2022 Ice White Premium Mach E. I was super excited to get this order in and knew the wait time would be pretty lengthy. Fast forward, my 2022 is now a 2023 and subjected to the new 2023 price. I wasn’t thrilled about that. It was then when Pat (sales manager) told me about a 2022 Mach E GT that was coming in, Dark Matter Gray, priced close to what my premium was going to be at.
Here is my 2022 Mach E GT! I couldn’t love it any more!
The entire staff was top notch. Anthony helped me out when Pat wasn’t there, made me feel comfortable with my purchase. Marc helped me with all the features of my new ride, setting up my Ford app, and was patient with me learning the new technology. Guy (Finance Manager) made signing everything a breeze.
This was truly a great buying experience where I felt like family instead of having a pressure sales atmosphere. Thank you everyone for everything you did!
