  I haven’t bought a car in a long time and I chose Kia of Old Saybrook, as they had very fair prices and great reviews. They were so friendly and efficient. I made an appointment with them the day before- it was very easy and pleasant, and when I pulled into the dealership the next morning, the car that I inquired on was already parked in the front and ready for a test drive. My sales lady was Chasetty and she was waiting for me when I walked in. She was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to others, furthermore, I would recommend Chasetty and Jordan-sales manager! Great family owed place.

  I've bought 14 brand new vehicles since my first, a 1974 Chevy Corvette. Without a doubt my most recent, a 2023 Kia EV6 GT Line, was the best purchasing experience ever. There was no pressure, only sincere interest in how best to assist me in making the best choices. The entire staff is cordial, professional and knowledgeable. I cannot speak more highly of this dealership.

  I personally want to thank Nate Bowe for making the leasing experience for my 2023 Sportage X-Line a slam dunk! He was so pleasant to work with and he made the entire experience not feel like a typical car buying experience (which really impressed me). He was also really engaged with my two sons (5 and 9), and made sure to keep them entertained with songs they liked (played over the nice sounding speakers in the showroom) and friendly conversation. I’ll definitely be back to see you when this lease is up!

  I was in the process of wanting a vehicle and KIA came to mind as Ive seen more and more reviews and reports that they are selling quality cars. I was originally at another local dealership, nice people but who wants to look out your window and pay your bill monthly and go Ugh. You want excitement and the old story which is so true. You buy from who you like. Personally in sales management 30 plus years wasn't going in like an uninformed person. Welcomed at the door by Istvan. And the general manager. On a busy, end of month day. Met some true professionals in the business (not in a bad way☺️). I shared my budget and within minutes the General Manager is walking the lot with me seeing if anything catches my eye and what was within my budget. Ultimately a car caught my eye which was one of those, I would like to get in this car, but not going to get in a bad deal thoughts. Between Istvan (GREAT guy) and I believe it is Bill the GM. They helped me to go from getting a car ar a different dealership which was "ok" to. Maybe this can work. I said where I wanted to be in budget and they hit it on the nose on a car I am excited about versus paying over my budget for a plain old car. Didn't plan on purchasing a vehicle the other day but they made it painless. And who does not want that, just found a car and I'm excited to drive it off the lot. Not, yea - it will be ok. They are a growing, energetic and polite team that will tell you like it is and won't play games. Some are going online to a no car dealership car buying experience but this place you will enjoy working with. Good people, more into helping/ than selling. They type people you will LIKE and buy from. If you think of it tell Istvan I referred you. He's a mature guy and I promise these people will take care of you. Very impressed!

  The reason for this rating is due to one person: Lyndzimae Coolbeth. She was absolutely amazing! We were coming from Wisconsin to purchase this car in Connecticut- which was no small task. When we arrived the car was already out front and the keys were given to us immediately to check it out. She coordinated and organized everything to make it a seamless car buying experience. We also spent less than two hours at the dealership, in and out and on our way. In this short amount of time we were also able to test drive, she explained all the features of our new car in detail and made sure all questions and concerns were addressed. She was attentive and communicated updates to us daily. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Not to mention our order was thrown onto her after another sales rep had left the dealership. Thank you again Lyndzi you are amazing and we appreciate you!

I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at 9 a.m. Legitimately, I showed up at 9:01; however, it took until 9:50 for my vehicle to be brought into the shop for service.
