  This was the most seamless car buying experience I have ever had, Stew and Geoff were a pleasure to work with, they took the stress and anxiety out of purchasing a car. It felt like they were really trying to help me find the right fit instead of trying to sell me whatever was beneficial for them like I feel other dealerships were doing to me when I went in for a test drive. I am going to recommend all my friends buy from here.

  Sean was great to work with for making my car buying experience easy! They had the exact car I was looking for and were very accommodating for the requests I needed. Also very friendly and personable group of individuals. Well considered them if we need future vehicles and even mantance.

  We just purchased a GMC truck from Marty at Vachon. He was very helpful and professional and we were very happy with the deal we made. Great dealership and great people at Vachon we would definitely buy another vehicle there.

  I've been bringing my GMC to Vachon Buick GMC for service, and they have always gone above and beyond in taking care of my vehicle. My wife recently needed a new vehicle, so we decided to give Vachon Buick GMC the first opportunity. We were greeted by Sean in the sales department, and right away, we thought he was very professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He showed us several different models, because we weren't quite sure what we wanted. He took the time to let us explore each vehicle, and he was able to use his product knowledge to find the perfect one for us. At no point did we feel pressured to buy a vehicle. Instead, we felt Sean took the time to understand our needs and guide us into something we would be happy with. We are happy to say we completed the purchase of a new vehicle with Sean, and my wife is very proud of her new car. When it was time to handle the business end of the purchase, Geoff was great. He was accommodating, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions thoroughly. Geoff definitely added to the positive experience we had at Vachon. We will be happy to continue servicing both of our vehicles at Vachon Buick GMC, and I am confident that we will make our future vehicle purchases here. Great job Vachon!

  I had an incredible experience at Vachon Old Saybrook. Ryan so friendly and kind! He was very informative and made my new purchase quick, easy and seem less. He was very detail oriented going over all the details of my new Terrain and even helped me get the car seats out of my old vehicle. He truly made me feel welcome from our first conversation. Geoff was amazing. He assisted in getting me a very fair value for my trade in and made all the paper so easy! Mike was fantastic. He made sure I understood all the details of my financing and went over all the options and answered any questions I had. Over all I could not ask for a better experience. The team worked diligently to get me in my new car SAME DAY. I highly recommend going and working with this incredible team!
