Everyone is there to have fun, and Rebekah makes you feel right at home! Lovely, welcoming yoga studio where laughter and all levels of practice are welcome :)

The energy of the owner & her instructors is one of positivity, knowledge of their craft, & passion for teaching in a non-competitive environment. A class at Sama Yoga feels like a big bear hug for the mind & body! As a bodyworker & practicing yogi for over 25 years, Sama Yoga Center is the place I go to take care of myself & practice what I preach to my own clients & refer clients to!
