(April 17, 2020, 7:13 pm)The first time I entered the New Canaan I was 14 years old. That was 1968 . It was great and today it is a .premier "health club" Steam and Sauna in the locker room, 3 pools -2 Olympic and one Therapy pool with whirlpool, exercise areas, machines and on and on. Extremely clean with a pleasant staff.

(October 28, 2019, 8:49 pm)Not sure I understand the negative reviews of the Y. As far as I’m concerned, the place is fantastic - equivalent to many high end gyms but with better pools than I’ve seen anywhere. One of the best aspects of living in NC.

(April 30, 2017, 11:55 am)Newly renovated. Not quite finished. But it's new and nice. Evenings, after the kiddies get picked up from after school programs, isn't too busy. Except Mondays... avoid Monday's.
