  We called Glenn at 11:00 at night when a leak caused a flood in our house. He helped us detect where the leak was and showed us what to do to get through the night. He followed up early the next morning. Glenn was responsive, professional, and thorough. His fee was extremely fair. I would definitely call Glenn again and highly recommend his services.

  He responded quickly and was able to solve our issue in no time. He cleaned the entire work area so well you couldn’t even tell someone was there. I will definitely use him again if we ever need to and would recommend him to anyone.

  Glenn was terrific. We needed routine maintenance on our cesspool and he was able to schedule us for the next day! They quickly found the access point, explained they system to us so we can do proper preventative maintenance (new homeowners!) and left the area nice and neat. We could not have asked for a better experience!

  Living in an old family home has it's quirks, including an upstairs bath tub that keeps clogging. Glenn was fast to respond and schedule a visit to do another unclog.
  
  When asking for his professional opinion of what's causing the actual issue, Glenn put it in an easy-to-understand way for me to share back with my family, and how there's an easier method to replacing the tub's drain than what was suggested to us by a previous plumber.
  
  When the time comes to replace the drain, Glenn will be our first call! Overall, our experience was extremely pleasant, and I highly recommend ROTO 24/7 for pipe drainage issues!

  Glenn from Roto 24/7 was very professional & knowledgable. He came the same day within a few hours to replace 2 toilets and fixed a third. He explained everything thoroughly and provided advice. Everything was left clean. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs.
