  Joseph and Jared came to house to replace valve. They were so nice and professional. Would recommend this company highly.

  I have used this company more than 3 times, and so I can not understand the negative reviews that have been posted. The receptionist answered the phone very pleasantly. She told me they would be at my home between 12 and 3. Then called me back to let me know that they would be arriving in 40 minutes. ( which they did, almost to the minute). The repair men were very pleasant also. They fixed the leak, and did the work without any mess. The other times I used them, they never left a mess and were just as personable, friendly, and professional. I checked the reviews because I wasn't sure if this is who I used in the past. As I read the negative reviews I thought this can't be the company I used previously (I had lost their past invoices). But when I saw the B and R logo, I knew it was they. Please, please, if you have need of a plumber, I can't recommend them enough. Also note I had some issues with my built in dehumidifier ( which they told me they do not do those repairs and suggested I call the company who makes the dehumidifier) and my new refrigerator. When I called LG about the terrible tasting water and ice cubes, I was told I had to have copper pipes put in. When B and R were here for another issue, I asked them about replacing my kitchen pipe. The plumber told me he really didn't think that was the issue because the filter should take out any bad taste. They could have told me that I did need the pipe replaced, and therefore would make more money. Each time I have used them it has been different plumbers, but all were prompt, friendly and most importantly, professional and skilled.
