Will Dennis was my repair man & he went above and beyond to make sure my heater was properly serviced & I was comfortable with what he needed to do. My hot water pressure was very low & Will explained step by step what he would be doing beforehand, making sure I understood why & what he was doing. Not only was he extremely professional, but there were no hidden agendas or fees; just straight up honest business. Very reasonable prices, guaranteed repairs & amazing work. I would recommend Micci Plumbing to anyone that needs trustworthy plumbing work done, they are the best in the industry!
