I cannot say how appreciative we are to have Jim who basically saved us from the perils of dealing with other inefficient companies, that had no clue, nor did they care- about what we were enduring with our new home. NS is FAST and EFFICIENT, and solved a 5 month problem that another company ignored! SO VERY THANKFUL, WILL NOT DO BIZ WITH ANYONE ELSE! Jim was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and quick. (November 25, 2022, 4:54 pm)We used north shore fuel for 25+ years and have their service plan. The day before Thanksgiving our furnace was having pressure problems. Their technician Dan (who was VERY nice) showed up in a couple hours. Managed to temporarily fix the problem. Leaving us with heat but no hot water. Showed my husband how to turn hot water on, relieve pressure buildup and then turn it off, so we could enjoy and clean up our thanksgiving dinner. The day after thanksgiving he got the new part and installed it. Well worth the price of the plan. This is not the first time we’ve had holiday visits from north shore fuel. Manny on Christmas Eve years ago was equally as awesome!
