My wife and I were looking for something that will have amenities (In building washing machine+dryers & gym) without a super high price and were looking through 9 other places at that time. We chose to sign a lease here due to the well planned space of the studio (and storage) and because it was on the 8th floor facing the south - giving great sunlight and view of Phili.
I've had a great experience right from the start. In the day I moved I requested to change the oven and have some fixes (paint & holes fill) made in the bathroom I have not noticed before when I checked the apartment previously - the oven was changed and all the fixes were made the following day.
It was easy to reach out and get the window unit (the portable air conditioner) installed and uninstalled, change lights and in the two times I had problems with the heating there always was someone there to take a look the next morning.
Even though a studio is small we made it work for us and were able to have guests and family over (staying to sleep on air mattress) and we had a great place that felt very much like home
Was really surprised from the low ratings here, guess everyone has their own personal story..
