(April 4, 2023, 11:04 pm)I’ve been here for almost 3 years and I really love it here it’s such a kid friendly area I have great neighbors and maintenance comes in asap whenever I put in a maintenance request. Office staff is also very friendly ( if you treat them with respect, you’ll be treated with respect also) I’m really happy here and hopefully my next renewal id love to up grade to a 3 bedroom apartment.

(May 21, 2021, 5:15 pm)I recently applied for a unit At Rippowan Park Apartments, within 2 weeks I was approved!! Miriam is amazing!! She walked me through the entire process with ease! Her communication with me was awesome!
Yesterday, I viewed my unit and I must say I am pleased!!!! All new appliances, floors, bathrooms were spotless!!
Thank you Miriam for making my families experience smooth sailing!!! -

(January 29, 2017, 10:39 pm)I highly recommend Rippowam Park to others. I have lived here for about 6 months. The move-in process was easy and Samantha made everything stress free! The apartments are spacious and appliances are either brand new or near new when you move in. The private back deck is a great feature and the washer-dryer setup in the apartment is very convenient. Every apartment comes with a parking spot and maintenance is very prompt to shovel walkways and porches when it snows. Can't wait to renew my lease!
