  We have been living in a 2/2 in ASW for two months now, and are truly enjoying the quality of life here. This building embodies luxury living, with beautiful common areas and great amenities, both of which are well maintained and rarely crowded!
  
  The building staff is great! We worked with Mike during leasing and move-in and he made the process incredibly seamless! I was also very impressed by the responsiveness of Jason, the building manager, who followed up with us after our move-in to ensure we had a great experience. The building hosts regular events, which create a great way to get to know neighbors, and the ladies who organize the events do a great job catering to residents interests.
  
  We love our unit itself, the appliances are top of the line, our floorplan is perfect, and we haven't had any issues with noise from neighbors or the street. The location of the building is also a major plus, as it's situated in a convenient midpoint between downtown restaurants and the train, and is only a short walk away from Harbor Point.
  
  Overall, we couldn't be happier with our decision to move into ASW. I truly believe its the best rental option in Stamford and would recommend to anyone looking!

  Our move-in experience wouldn’t have been the same without Mike. We have done a few out-of-state moves and out of all the leasing agents we’ve ever worked with, no one compares to Mike. Every question we had, answered. He even provided recommendations for mounting our TV while we did our welcome orientation. Outside of being a professional and helpful leasing manager, he has genuinely made us feel welcomed to ASW and helped us settle into our new home. The concierge team was also an absolute gem as they helped coordinate communication with our movers when we were running a few minutes behind. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend ASW and leasing manager, Mike, to friends and family looking to move into downtown Stamford.

  I had a wonderful experience moving into Atlantic Station West. Mike Philippe is a wonderful. He communicated with me throughout every step of the application and move in process to make sure any questions I had were answered. His kindness made me feel so welcome here!   I recently transferred to a different apartment. Mike and Jovan were so helpful in helping find the right apartment to transfer to. Mike especially guided me through the transfer and answered any questions I needed.I really like it here especially the events. You get to meet and mingle with your neighbors. Great food and sometimes entertainment. I hope it doesn't change. The Concierge are so pleasant, especially Fiona and Eshay.

  Moved into Atlantic Station West in September of 2021.
  
  PROS: Almost a brand spanking new building. The apartment I rented is a two bedroom, two bathroom that overlooks the Long Island Sound and south towards New York City.
  The building is clean (but honestly could be a lot cleaner) and is very well run by the management office, the front desk personnel, and the maintenance crew. They are extremely nice people.
  Speaking of nice, the people who live here are generally nice and pretty much keep to themselves. The common areas are excellent with a brand new gym, and three-season pool (indoors for the winter, but the doors open wide during the summer), and a grouping of state-of-the-art gas grills for residents to use -- along with a bocci court, fire pit, and a myriad of outdoor seating.
  Overall, I have been very happy here. It's a 5-minute walk to the train station, and a 10-minute walk to the restaurants and movie theater.
  
  CONS: Let's be honest here as it's a review... Not everything can be perfect. This is a rental property, not the Four Seasons of Stamford.
  I think the place could be cleaner -- between the dogs, the scraping/scratching of a few walls, and the random fingerprints and dust here and there, it could use a little cleaning love more often.
  The parking garage is just fine. It's not great. It's not bad. It's just fine. It wasn't really designed for Ford F150 pick up trucks and you have to be very careful AND conscious when parking as some corners are a tight fit.
  But overall not too bad (unless you come home after 1am -- you're going to have to go to the top of the garage to find parking).
  The package room is tiny and during the Holidays can look like the end of Indiana Jones (packages upon packages upon packages). But somehow this place gets it to work -- THANKS to the front desk folks who do their best to put the packages in their proper places.
  Are those nit-picky critiques? Sure. But it wouldn't be fair to only judge what's good.
  
  OVERALL: I really like living here. I'd give it a solid A- or B+.
  You can truly live in worse places. ...I have. This is NOT a worse place. This building is really nice, well taken care of, and has some very nice residents. The location is perfect, and with Stamford having a resurgence, it's the right place to be.
