(April 29, 2023, 10:58 am)Due to work I’ve had to move 8 times in the last 7 years. Atlantic station was been by far the best place I’ve been. Admittedly the first time I can to tour I was having a terrible day and the tour never happened because the staff was busy. No matter how upset I was, Gary was unbelievably understanding and calm and gave us a great experience during our tour when we were able to reschedule. Dave has also been incredibly helpful with any questions or concerns I may have and is print with any answers. Dave, along with the all other staff will greet you by name even with everyone they have living here. I’m very thankful for this place and there isn’t anywhere I can think of better.

We met several times to discuss what I was looking for and he took his time to address any questions and concerns I had. Once I found the apartment I was interested in, he made sure to clearly explain the requirements that needed to be met. We acted quickly and was able to secure it. He continued to make himself available to help me understand the necessary steps that needed to be completed before moving in. Overall, his assistance played a pivotal role in me making AS my new home. Thank you Mike!

(September 1, 2022, 4:52 pm)My husband and I moved into Atlantic Station in March. It was our second downsizing in 3 years but aside from not having the space we really wanted including a dining area and an additional closet, we have adjusted and enjoy living here. The staff is wonderful and has been there for us since the day we started binging over our stuff. Vincent, Gary and Dennis are the best, as is everyone else who works here. The building is clean and the Lobby inviting. I love the appliances and the way the closets have been finished.
We have made use of the amenities and have attended a few of the social gatherings. Living space and closet space notwithstanding my biggest objection to Atlantic Station is the cost of parking and the fact that there is NO guest parking. We are senior citizens as are 90% of our friends and management has made it extremely difficult for us to have guests. Our visitors wouldn't mind paying for it but do not, and in some cases, cannot walk 2-3 blocks to park in another garage, nor do they want to have to go down 21 flights every hour to feed a meter.
It's been 6 months and we are happy we made the move . We have met a couple of people in our age group and enjoy the social life this has afforded us.
Grilling is the best!!!
