  This gym is a hidden gem amongst New York States combat sports scene. If you want the best most consistent training in Kickboxing/ Jujitsu and MMA this is the place to be. Whether you are looking to take your training to the next level and compete in amateur competition or looking to enroll your child into combat sports this is the place to be. If you are looking to lose weight and become the best version of your self through discipline and hard training this is the place to be. If you are looking for a school to start training in a judgement free zone, full of open arms there is no better place.

  Training at Rigoro Gym has been incredible. Ricky is a great coach who cares about form and technique. I’ve taken various levels of kickboxing classes at many gyms but Rigoro is truly unique and not even in the same league as any other kickboxing class in the area. For starters, Ricky is a champion kickboxer and prides himself in producing fighters of excellence. As a non-professional in this sport I’m in awe of the results he achieves with his fighting team. Classes are designed to learn combinations with proper technique, combined with power and speed so even the least experienced members can feel confident that they are progressing at a rapid rate, which you simply cannot achieve at any other gym.
  Secondly, classes are mixed ability with all levels of experience from amateurs to professional fighters, which at first, pushes you out of your comfort zone but ultimately forces you to reach your highest potential. When you train alongside others that are at such a high tier, it elevates your skill set and pushes you harder.
  Lastly, the workouts are as mentally stimulating as they are physically challenging. As someone who experiences anxiety, the therapeutic benefits of kickboxing have been nothing short of amazing. Kickboxing workouts improve mental function by releasing endorphins, reducing stress levels and improving mood, so you can be confident that you are getting a whole body and mind workout when you train at Rigoro.

  The best gym in Rockland county NY. Coach Ricky takes care of his students like his family. Very good Dutch Kickboxing style and championship fighting material. The gym is very clean all the time for those concerned with hygiene. Go try out a class asap!

  The best combat sports gym in Rockland County. Rigoro provides high level instruction in Dutch Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts training.

  Rigoro gym is hands down the best gym in rockland county for kids or adults who not only want to train as a fighter but also train on life skills, including self defense and also improve mental and physical well being as well. The gym is ran by a world champion kick boxer who is not only a great coach but also a great person, who wants the best for everybody no matter there age that is willing to show up And work hard.
