  I took Bonnie’s SUP yoga class at Villa Del Palmar in Cancun and was originally a little apprehensive about signing up. I do very little yoga on land let alone floating on water. Bonnie made the class both approachable and challenging. She demonstrated everything in addition to providing verbal and physical support- she even assisted me in almost getting into a headstand! I left the class feeling relaxed, motivated, and with a huge sense of accomplishment. Thank you Bonnie for an amazing experience!

  I have been a student of Bonnies Yoga Shala for 18 years! No typo, 18 years. Bonnie took this 49 yr old, hunched over woman w/constant urinary pressure to a now 67 year old who stands on her hands, forearms/head….no body issues, pain free. For all of this, I am very grateful. It’s because Bonnie is a born teacher. She truly is a healer and Yoga is her vehicle.

  Bonnie Ringer is an amazing woman whose practice of yoga is deeply spiritual and intensely focused. I am learning to shed unhealthy energy and to embrace mind body emotional harmony.   What began as an innocent google search to find a yoga studio in my home area has quickly transformed into a life changing experience with Bonnie. ⭐️ Her skills as an expert and senior yoga master have over reaching changes on and off the mat. Bonnie is a welcome teacher to all levels and new students alike, holds a mastery of anatomy and physiology (and more), and is welcoming to all (including those of us who bring our small children).
