  I moved to Rockland County a few years ago and wanted to find my “home” gym. Thankfully, I found my way to Iron Fist Athletics (IFA). Quickly, I was warmly welcomed into the group and the owner, Saro is an incredibly gifted Coach. His expertise covers a multitude of areas from strength training & endurance to being knowledgeable about recovery. Saro makes it a point to get to know everyone, he studies and remembers everyone’s strengths & weaknesses, including individual numbers, such as our benchmarks and personal records. Each day, he provides 1:1 feedback and is a strong leader for our large group classes. The attention and level of detail that we consistently receive is something that is very hard to find. I feel grateful to have found IFA and hope to always be an active member!

  My fiancé and I, joined IFA back in 2020 right before Covid begin at the end of February.
  From the start, we knew we would be lifelong friends and gym family members.
  
  Coach Saro, as well as the additional instructors, are fierce, assertive and highly goal orientated. They are effective in the way that they encourage and push you to be the best functional version of yourself. The best part of being an IFA member is the standard of accountability that is held for each individual participant and the value it places on being an intricate part of a TEAM. If there is a target in which you are trying to accomplish, please trust that it will be welcomed and encouraged through high levels of patience, support and positivity from both the coaches and our fellow gym associates.
  
  The impact a good coach can make on their athletes is immeasurable. Coach Saro is highly knowledgeable and makes it appoint to know all of his members on a deeper personal level. More importantly, he is very conscious of your distinctive daily gains, unique capabilities and developing potentials.
  
  It goes without saying that IFA is the best CrossFit gym throughout Rockland County. I would highly recommend, encourage and welcome anyone who is considering bettering their overall health and lifestyle to trial an introductory class at IFA.

  I’ve been coming to IFA since 2018 and it’s proven to be the best workout environment I’ve been to. The owner Saro is well-versed in physical fitness, is highly personable, and his humor makes your workout that much more enjoyable. With his guidance I’ve been able to get in much better shape and fit back into clothes that I thought I’d never fit back into. If you’re considering this gym, join immediately. You’ll get a good workout in and meet incredible people !

  IFA is the place to be if you have any fitness goal imaginable. The coaches will push you to your limits but never force you beyond them, making you so much stronger in a safe way. The people who go to the gym are inclusive and encouraging from the moment you walk in the door. I would 100% recommend it to anyone and everyone.

  One of the best gyms in the area, with a great community. The coaching and programming are top tier, and will push you in the best way possible. I came in recovering from multiple injuries, and in the past six months I’ve gotten stronger than ever.
