A friend and I had our first experience at Riga tonight for a restorative yoga practice and sound bath experience. It was fantastic. Nina was so welcoming and attentive to everyone’s needs throughout the entire class. It was 12/10 and I can’t wait to go back!

The studio is so beautiful and provides everything you need for a class. The Riga Slow class with Nina is absolutely the best combination of meditative and physical. Even a newbie like myself felt comfortable amongst very experienced people. Everything was demonstrated and flowed well. Left feeling like I had a whole new body. Can’t wait to go back!

Riga Yoga is such a treasure to have in Salisbury. The space is clean, welcoming and bright. Excellent mix of classes for all levels taught by wonderful teachers. Nina is a fabulous instructor. Love it here!
