  Emanuel was great. i came in with hard budget but not much of an idea what i wanted beyond that. he took his time with me (while simultaneously managing 3 other customers) and presented me with multiple options and made sure to push for the best value for my budget. i would recommend this location and more-so Emanuel for any future needs. if he leaves Toyota, I may end up driving whatever he is selling next.

  My experience at Toyota was great. Jhosue was very helpful. He was quick, kind, and helped me get the best deal that made the most sense for my needs. He was also very patient with all of my questions. He communicated well and made my first time leasing a car very simple. Would recommend him and this location to anyone looking to purchase or lease.

  My fiancé and I just bought a wonderful car at Fordham Toyota and we could not be happier. We worked with Christopher Del Valle and he did a phenomenal job. He was knowledgeable, patient and worked so hard to get us exactly what we wanted. We were impressed by the selections of cars and would work with the dealership and Christopher again in the future. Highly recommend!

  After almost giving up on buying a new car because of awful experiences at other dealerships, I was ready to call it quits when I stumbled into Fordham Toyota. I was mentally preparing myself for another "Pushy salesman”. And then... they don’t come. Instead, you get friendly people who listens and walk you through the entire process with ease. It could not have been more seamless and made the entire process very pleasant.
  
  Unfortunately, I had to take my car back because of some mechanical issues but they made the entire return process so easy and quick. I couldn’t imagine myself doing the same with other dealerships as I have seen my friends and family members go through the same( trade-ins ) and it wasn’t pleasant at all.
  
  It’s kinda rare these days to experience such well-run dealerships but I wasn’t surprised when I had a chance to talk to their sales manager Christian. He helped me out a lot with the entire return process. He made sure I was taken care of the very first day when I called him regarding the mechanical issues I had with my car. He assured me that they’ll do everything to take care of my situation which was really helpful, to say the least.
  
  Working with Jose Torres( my salesman) was an absolute pleasure. Jose is very straightforward, genuine and most importantly, a professional- who knows the whole ins and out of a car business. I would highly recommend you talk to Jose if you’re in the market for a new car.
  
  And also, a big shout-out to their business manager kelvin Santos, who helped me in finding the best interest rate, specially tailored to my needs and helped me explore various options for financing.

  I had the best experience buying a car with Anson Castillo and Christopher at Fordham Toyota! I went to almost every Toyota dealership looking for a Rav4 and they were able to get one for me. Anson was very efficient and kind. Christopher was very patient and a good guy overall. I appreciated how both of them took the time to go over things with me rather than rushing me. I definitely recommend working with both of them! 10/10
